- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job we may need to go look at the property first, though basic plumbing jobs and repairs we provide an hourly rate. We do offer military and police discounts, and we do accept checks!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free estimate, once we come out we can provide an accurate and reasonable price. Depending on the job we may need to schedule a time that works best for the customer, other jobs we can fix on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 4 years of schooling, and we are licensed, bonded and insured!
