FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fair in my pricing, for one because I primarily work alone or with just one helper . My over head is very low so I can pass on the savings to be competitive with my pricing. I have been in business for enough time that I have a good relationship with my vendors and that also allows me to save money on materials. Again helping me be more competitive with my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I meet with them for a free consultation and estimate of their project . Depending on what it is they are looking to have done , I provide them with pictures and samples if possible. Then I go from there. If it’s a kitchen, then I provide a drawing of the new kitchen, or if it’s just a simple repair I schedule a day to to do the repair and go from there .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school education. As I mentioned before I worked at Home Depot, one of the perks of working there , was the fact that they provided classes on each department to get knowledge on products. They would teach us about the products, how to properly install and what products to use on specific applications. I took full advantage of all their courses. Not to mention that over the last 15 years I’ve worked different people that excel in certain trades, that has helped me learn a lot .
