- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the house and what all is needed done. The pricing changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very responsive! I call, email, and text my customers leading up to our scheduled date and time keeping them informed of our appointment and letting them know if I have to change my schedule for any reason. I explain to them what will be done in regards of cleaning their home. I listen to what they want and what they need done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a current college student, studying as a business major. My near future degree helps me run my own business. I'm very kind, very helpful, and communicate very well with my customers.
