- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At this time, qualifying events are rated through a donation process. The donations are split with a local Rescue Mission
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I strive to first gather information about each customer and what service/type of photography it is they are seeking. I believe a general knowledge of customers' personalities is very helpful in accurately capturing their essence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have found photography to be a great inspiration in my life; therefore, I strive to include both hands-on creative experience and immersion in educational resources a part of my daily life. I also have a Desktop User Specialist Certificate and a Graphic Arts Certificate.
