Well to start off I specifically stated I was looking for a metal roof in my bid request ( I also verbally confirmed this on the phone) after we worked out a time to meet they didn't show up so I waited an hour called and left a voicemail 3 1/2 hours after the appointment time they returned my call and simply stated "yeah we're not doing a metal roof" and that was it no discussion about standard shingles no apology for just completely blowing an appointment time without even a courtesy call. In short I can only assume the quality of their work would be on par with customer service and would recommend going elsewhere.
