- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial counseling session is free. All other services and rates are discussed directly with the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is an initial meeting that allows the counselor and counselee an opportunity to formally meet one another and gather information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
