- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. You will always know what the cost of service will be before we do it. There are so many different options in this type of work, that it would be impossible to list them all out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we go through 3 phases when processing a case. First, we gather information from our clients and the tax authorities. Second, we provided options to the resolution and implement a course of action. Third, if needed, we'll put together an appeals case for the Appeals Division of a tax authority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
