Introduction: I have a small group learning community where students can learn Spanish in a comfortable and fun learning environment.
Students look forward to lessons with me because I connect with them while they learn.
Year after year I always have returning customers because of making learning not just about the language, but also about the student.
I have been teaching for ten years. What I love the most about teaching is connecting with my students and guiding them on their path as a learner. I live for the lightbulb moments. I thrive on changing a student's perspective from a negative to a positive. There's nothing more rewarding than offering a valuable skill to someone and seeing them build confidence in the process.

We love Nikki! She has made learning fun for our girls who are trying to keep up their Spanish skills after moving from an out of state Spanish immersion program. She is creative with a great plan to move forward, attentive, and provides great feedback. Both girls really look forward to meeting with her!!

Nikki's sunny personality and ESL expertise helped me to learn faster, while also enjoying the process. When I first met Nikki she told me she was a certified ESL teacher and I did not think it mattered at all. I was surprised that it had such a big impact on my English learning. When I came to her I was uncomfortable writing and resistant to reading. Now I have more confidence writing for my business and I am inspired to read books, not just articles. I really cannot speak more highly of teacher Nikki. She change my life.

I have been studying Spanish for about a year now and trying to reach my goal of fluency. I took private sessions with Nikki for a few months and she was a great teacher. She designed the sessions specifically for my needs and feel like I acquired an excellent base from her. I am enrolled in Spanish classes at a university right now and my sessions with Nikki have put me ahead of the learning curve. I plan to work with Nikki again in the near future, and would definitely recommend her to anyone that is just starting out, it is well worth it.
