- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and answer any questions you have about the process. If we decide this is a good fit, I typically speak with clients for 30 minutes to better understand your experience, career goals and design preferences you'd like for your resume. In 24-48 hours, you will receive a draft of your new resume. We will discuss your thoughts and an optional 30-minute phone call is available to you. If any changes are you be made, you'll receive your final copy as a Word document and PDF within 24 hours.
