We hired Brave Trainings LLC to conduct seven workshops for our first- year students called “Developing your Allyship Identity”. Cornell worked with me and my team to shape the content of the workshop to bring a business lens to connect the students with the content. The workshops allowed our students to consider their own identity and how they can be allies in the classroom and workplace. We also appreciated the flexibility Cornell showed if we were shortened on time or had different size groups. It was a pleasure having him do the workshops and we hope to use him Here is some feedback from the students:
