- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can probably find cheaper, but you won’t find better at my prices. I offer a 5% Loyalty Discount to all repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first objective is to establish a good working relationship and a clear line of communication to ensure my focus is in line with the client's needs and wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 26+ years in the military, retiring as a colonel. I've since owned and run three successful businesses. I also have multiple academic degrees including an MFA in Creative Writing.
