As your Personal Trainer, it is my privilege to teach you how to make changes in your life that will carry you for life. I provide health and fitness coaching for women who don’t know where to begin or have struggled to get off on the right track on their own. I teach you fitness and nutrition strategies that you can use in your daily life, so that in your own time, you will make decisions on your own and feel good about your choices. I am a 45 year old wife, mother, and even a grandmother! My weight loss journey started when I turned 30 and has been an uphill journey every day! I LOVE talking about food because I love to eat :-) I share recipes, meals plans, grocery lists, calendars, and tools you can use. I am passionate about teaching you how to make better food choices and pair that with a more active lifestyle. I believe that the more we learn the better choices we can make. The key is finding the right person to help you on your journey; to be your coach, your friend, and teacher. It is a humble blessing when my clients not only make it to their goal, but surpass them and become stronger, leaner, and more knowledgeable.

After joining Janet, it became a journey to help me live a more healthier life. Before joining JK certified I had an awful eating schedule, I haven't worked out in two years, and I often skipped meals, and always felt tired and weak. I felt terrible and unhealthy. Once Janet came to me offering a 30 trial, I wanted to join to get back to feeling great about myself. fast forward we are coming to the end of the 30 days, and I am happy with the outcome. In just 30 days I have lost 5 pounds and I am back on a good eating schedule, I drink tons of water, and I work out at least 3 times a week. It was a struggle at first by trying to remember not to skip meals, work out, and select better foods but now I look forward to every one. I am eating better foods and avoiding the junk such as cookies, chips, and crackers. I am eating more protein foods and veggies. With the new eating schedule I find myself with more energy to get through the day. I no longer feel tired and wore out as I did before joining JK certified. Even though the 30 days are coming to an end my journey will continue to become better and feel better.

I was given a meal plan with calorie intake and exercise program when I went to start I was told by doctor I couldn't do any exercise due to some medical issues so we took out my exercise and redid my meal plan everything has gone good I've lost 4 pounds. Experience was great I will keep the info with me.

Janet is very dedicated to helping you meet your nutrition and fitness goals. She spent a lot of time getting to know me and my eating and exercise habits. Anyone can give you recommendations on what to change but she really listened to where I was and was not willing to make the change. By focusing on what I am willing to change the process has been easy and rewarding! I highly recommend Janet to everyone!

Janet is helping me get back on track with eating healthier and exercising on a daily basis. I have chosen to do the Virtual Personal Training Program because it works best with my schedule. She has made me a customized workout and eating plan. She emails me throughout the week and then we touch base on the phone once a week. Janet is amazing!! She is so easy to talk to and you can truly tell that she wants to help you reach your goals.
