Introduction: We train all dogs, from pets, to gun dogs, to sport foundations, and puppies using a method based in the science of canine learning theory and on our experience. We also have degrees in education, so our teaching of people is as good as our teaching of dogs.
I love seeing a dog go from confused to clear in understanding it's job! I also love working with people and helping them understand how to better help their dogs!

I met Kevin of Mountain K9 and asked him about hunting dogs. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great insight into what I should look for. I found a two year old Drathaar that needed a new home. Kevin was with me at every step. It is amazing to watch him work with my dog. He has a solid approach. My dog responds very well to him. Kevin has also taken time to talk with me about continuing training at home and proper techniques for handling him in the field.
I proudly recommend Mountain K9 to anyone interested in having a highly skilled hunting dog.

Mountain K9 has helped my dog, Smokey, tremendously. He's a stubborn dog, and the quality of what he has been taught is evident.
