- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email or phone call request received. We then schedule a time to come inspect the equipment/ service call. Price is given prior to work being done. Customer pays upon completion of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State certified air conditioning contractor, certified building contractor, certified roofing contractor, and certified home inspector. We are superior to other businesses around due to our extensive background and training.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Always hire a licensed contractor! Protect yourself and your home by using someone vetted by the state. We are required to show proof of insurance, and maintain the highest levels of continuing education just to remain certified.
