FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on your legal issue and personal financial situation, I offer flat-fee costs paid through non-refundable retainer agreement and a flexible monthly payment plan. I bill out at an hourly rate which usually depends on the complexity of the case and the amount of time that it will require of me. In some cases, a contingency fee arrangement is available. This is a great topic to discuss in our consultation!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, our client will speak with our delightful and friendly paralegal, Gerri. She will coordinate a scheduled consultation and provide the new client with a pre-appointment package to provide information for Me to review. I will then review, investigate, and come up with a few scenarios based on the clients goals and needs. I will discuss all possible options, with full disclosure, and set realistic expectations. Once a mutual agreement for the client to hire me and my acceptance is signed then I begin work right away. We dig further into each issue, fact, and potential fact/issue to flush out all possible causes of actions and/or defenses. We immediately let the court know we are on the scene and ready to being zealous advocates for my client. We work with a sense of urgency and on a mission solely to provide my clients the best possible legal services available and a good chance at being the prevailing party. We have an open door policy as long as you call and make sure I am in the office to meet with you. You can call or email anytime if you have questions. Gerri will make sure to update you on any movement on your case. Not too mention you can expect to see our great big smiles every time we are honored by your presence. I fully understand and respect that I work for YOU and not the other way around.
