I have been using Derek's services for many years and have only good things to say about his work. I just recently contracted Derek to uninstall and install all our telephone and IT equipment in our new facility. Not only did Derek do a great job with the move, he performed all the low voltage work required in our new building. One of the requirements was downtime had to be minimal. Derek met with me several times to review our equipment plan and requirements needed in our new facility. He took care of everything. The transition went as planned and better than expected. I continue to use his services and would definitely recommend Derek services.

Derek from Alternative Communication helped us move our office from a suite in one building to another. The new location required new cabling for both data and voice. There were also a lot of other details that had to be taken care of as well (moving the phone system, consolidating equipment in our server rack, extending the demarc, etc.)... and Derek took care of all of it. The end result is that our IT infrastructure is so much more organized and efficient than it was before. Alternative definitely exceeded our expectations... even though they were given short notice.
