- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no "standard" pricing system since there is no "standard" website or digital marketing strategy. We do only what is best for you and base our fees on the value of the outcomes we provide, and the average resource allocation needed to provide that service. Our rates are competitive, but our outcomes are outstanding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is ask questions. The next thing we do is listen. Then we probably ask more questions. We ask lots of questions to get a good understanding of what the business is supposed to do, and how the digital marketing fits into this plan. We also ask lots of questions about the customers, current strategies and methods that have been successful in the past. Our first goal is to understand. Only when we understand do we then analyze.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from a MBA's and degrees in Marketing, engineering, and computer science, we hold Google Analytics, Display, and Adwords certifications. We also currently hold more than a dozen industry recognized certifications covering content, social media, website design, search engine optimization, landing page optimization, and more.
