- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial consultation, lasting 15-30 minutes, allows Profound Touch to understand the intent of your literary work. Then, we can better guide the direction of your project and determine steps to finalize and publish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Profound Touch, Kolanda Douglas, discovered her gift of writing and storytelling at an early age. Still, she attended college to expand her knowledge and fine-tune her natural abilities. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of North Florida and a Master of Science degree in Mass Media Arts and Journalism from Clarion University.
