- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a la carte pricing as well as package pricing. I firmly believe that a professional and beautiful wedding video, event video, or corporate video isn't only for those with deep pockets, but for everyone. So, though I have my set prices, I am willing to work with clients to customize a package that meets their needs and helps them stay within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I contact them directly to get to know them and them me. I like to hear from of about their event, what they need, what they hope to get, and what their budget is. We then work out pricing to see what services we can provide while keeping them within their budget. Once we all agree, we sign an agreement that clearly states the responsibilities of each party.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken Udemy courses on photography, wedding videography, film making, Adobe Premier Pro, aerial videography, Adobe After Effects.
