- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have set prices for our food that only changes with quantity, a delivery charge based on mileage, and a labor charge if we are asked to stay and serve your guests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, address the needs of the customer, quantity of guests for the event, budget for the event, and needs for delivery, set up, service, or pick up.

The opportunity was presented to me as a server for this company. My district manager saw great potential in me and asked me to handle the catering for my entire district.
