Over 8 years ago, I moved from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to San Antonio, Texas. Quite often I get homesick and find myself going home to visit family and friends. While I'm home I always indulge in some of my favorite foods Philly cheesesteak, Italian water ice, tastykake's and much much more. Because I miss those things I decided to bring them to my new hometown, in Texas. What I enjoy most about what I do is bringing the love of my hometown to Texas. Not only am I filling a void, I'm able to share what brings my family and I joy. It brings me much excitement to introduce Texas to Philly. Most importantly I love what I do because it brings tons of smiles with each consumer.
