If I could give zero stars, I would. This person is dishonest in her business practices. We agreed on a price for a cleaning job. She finished a little more than half the job, then invented a story about my house needing deep cleaning so she could still try to charge the full price. I never asked for deep cleaning, my house did not require deep cleaning. and the house was not deep cleaned. See photos. Save yourself the headache - hire someone else.

Natalie was not upfront about the type of services she was in need of. When I arrived at the job she was disputing the negotiated price when I was already the lowest quote. It is difficult when providing a cleaning quote through a site, as the professional, I am not able to see the job ahead of time. Natalie & I did a walk through and I explained certain things were not standard, there would be an additional fee. The pictures she posted were things that I had not agreed to do, such as her dishes. Everyone does not meet eye to eye and unfortunately when I had to report her for short payment, then the customer posted a negative review. I remained professional throughout the situation but she lashed out through the only method to hurt a professional.
