- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $45.00 "Trade fee" per appliance that is used towards the labor charge. Labor charge starts at $79.99 for a quick repair(no parts), adjustment or maintenance. Normal labor charge is $100.00 per hour plus parts. Parts are suggested retail price posted by our suppliers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment with a 2 hour service window. A 30 minute call before is available upon request. We will trouble shoot the appliance and give a repair quote (parts, labor, tax and shipping if needed) if the customer agrees to the repair and we have the part on the truck we will install the part and collect the quoted amount. If the part has to be ordered we will collect the $45 trade fee deduct it from the quote and show the amount due at the bottom of the invoice, which is due once the repair is completed.
