- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a wide variety of security products. We pride ourselves specializing in CCTV and access control. Our executive security consultants tailor a system based on your budget. As there are a lot of products at our disposal, in example HD cameras (we only sell HD 1080p cameras now since the price has become extremely reasonable) to 4k or 4 mega pixel IP cameras. These prices can range from $35 to $400 per camera. Also the variation of cameras from PTZ "pan, tilt, zoom", box cameras, hidden cameras, and more. We will discus all your options and come up with a system based on your preference. Now providing our military service vets a 10% discount on labor and qualified products. Inquire us for more information on our military discounts. Our electrical services and or any service calls usually start out at $120-$140 for a service call. Please contact us direct if you have any questions about our electrical service, for example outlet relocation, fixture installation, or structured wiring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to you! Your 1st step to getting you system is to make the call and contact us. As our website states all of our consultants have years of experience in the field of security, loss prevention, and law enforcement. We will come out to where the install is requested and complete a detailed estimate and security analysis on the project at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This section is what makes us different. I have seen some security companies tell there customers that they are security "experts" in the field. But when you call them what you get is just a professional sales person. We can proudly say all of our consultants have expert use of these same products we offer to our customers. We have all worked at one time and some of us still do in the fields of retail loss prevention, private security, and law enforcement. Also our consultants attend annual security trade shows such as the International Security Conference which allows us to interact with different vendors to bring you products and or services other security suppliers can't. All new hire installers attend training classes in access control and CCTV and continued training in the field due to changing technology. All of our installers and technicians are also certified electricians which are capable to do almost any kind of electrical work that is needed to complete the project.
