- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For recurring services, we offer a 15% discount for every 2 weeks, 10% for every month and neighbor discounts when 3 or more neighbors get services together - ask for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a phone call to confirm details, and depending on the job, an in person consultation may be required for the most accurate estimate and/or design choice meeting. Our current backlog is 3-4 weeks for completion of most jobs although certain rush jobs are currently being expedited upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years in the construction industry and customer service.
