FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first step is having a discussion around needs. Like a doctor, you come to me with symptoms and it's my job to uncover what's causing those symptoms. Discovery is the first step, then we work from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assessing the need and ensuring both the client and myself are clear about the work is primary. This can be done via phone, chat or text. Setting up a brief call to understand expectations would then follow; obtaining any necessary files, agreeing on milestones or touch bases, and understanding any time constraints. I like to hear a little about the purpose of the job and what my clients are trying to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 14 years in Corporate America I have a tremendous amount of knowledge in training and development, IT Solutions, and growing teams/coaching and creating business efficiencies.
