- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally will do a $99.00 virus removal and then have a $159.00 full cleaning which updates and solves most issues I come across. As far as hardware replacement and laptop screens, that varies on cost of parts and model of system. I will quote out unknowns before starting any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to get a full explanation of the issue that you are having, Just because I may have delt with a similar situation does not mean that yours is not unique, This cuts down on time spent troubleshooting and miss diagnosis
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Ridley Lowell Business and Technical College with a 3.9 GPA focusing on IT and computer repair. I was an intern for a local shop while in school. The shop I was interning at had a small break/fix bench but focused on company IT and networking. I did learn a lot from them but also realized that I really loved the break/fix side of things.
