I highly recommend True Temp Heating and Cooling. Robert provided a detailed explanation on what was wrong with my unit and how I could fix it. He charged me a decent price and changed my unit out when he said he would. He was a really kind man, too. I will always use True Temp for all my air conditioning needs. I recommend them to my family too.

At first I thought the price was a little high. Then I searched around a bit and found that HVAC equipment is just high, and that True Temp was actually on the lower-priced side of the professional world because they don't have the overhead the big companies do. Then he came to do the work in an attic that was scary hot. Since the house was uncomfortable, he wouldn't leave until the work was done, even though it got a little late. He was really kind, and he was easy to work with. I like to think in those few hours he and I became friends. I'm glad to give him a great review. It's the least I could do. And oh ... the unit he sold me is still running well.

True Temp Heating and Cooling is a good company ran by a good family. I never had central air conditioner in my life and wasn't sure I needed one. But my wife gets cold in the winter. Ever since True Temp Heating and Cooling installed the air conditioner my house has always felt very comfortable. My wife is always warm. Happy wife, Happy Life. They had to make a mess of some of the places in my house, but they cleaned it up and everything looks great.

I really like True Temp Heating and Cooling. They changed out a unit for me in 2015 and it has never had a problem since. I will use them again myself if this air conditioner ever goes out.
