- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to work for the most part on a fixed pricing system. The owner does not like to be to be worried about a time based pricing system and feels that it is most fair for the client and not to be "worried about the clock" and to know what it going to cost to get their computer and or other technology fixed and working.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client calls or we contact them as per a some type of request, we like to sit down with them and find out exactly what they need and have their input as to what they want when we get done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working on Computers and related technology for over twenty years. From time to time we take advantage of vender related trainings as they are offered to our industry.
