This was for a toilet repair. The tech was prompt, contacted me with any issues, offer the best solutions at reasonable prices. Very friendly to work with and have as a plumber. I will definitely use him in the future on other plumbing issues.

Shane came to Myrtle Beach from Johnsonville to do a roofover on a twenty year old mobile home for me. We had a bit of a rough start (weather delays for two days and some issues with suppliers) but once we got the kinks out things went well. We are satisfied with the work and plan on calling him back for some additional jobs in the near future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to my customers over the phone or face to face. Not text !! I like to hear my customer out and see exactly what they are looking for in the job they want completed. I try to make them laugh and smile while we are conversating.Then I go above and beyond to please them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have 20 years in construction. I have done anything from concrete to metal roofs to pipe welding and I've also been supervisor for a few construction companies
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad and uncle started a buisness in 1982 and my dad was killed in 86 so when I got outta school I went to work with my uncle and a few summers prior to that. My whole family does construction. It's in my blood. And I love every bit of it. I often get told I'm a workaholic.
