FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a conversation to make sure we're a good fit for each other. We have to like each other first. If we make it through that point, then we'll figure out where you are and where you want to be and create a plan to get there together. Depending on the type of coaching needed, I have different processes and plans to get you further down your path to success. I work a lot over the phone/skype, but also enjoy meeting in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Speaking: I've been speaking, educating and teaching for over 15 years. I've held my own monthly financial events for over 4.5 years and It's actually one of my favorite things to do - I love being in front of a group of people and am always working to improve my craft. I believe as much in learning to speak as I to teaching, so I am investing in myself and am in a coaching program to earn a Professional Speaker Certification. Business: I'm an entrepreneur at heart. At my last job, I had the title of Sales Manager, however did everything from help write the business plan, created and implemented the marketing plan, put sales and marketing systems into place, built the website, and made sales, increasing my personal sales from about $330k to over $905k over six years.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to more than one provider to make sure that you click with them and that the conversation feels good, and you get value from your first interaction. Usually your gut won't steer you wrong.
