- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use high end landscaping software to provide a fair price for the customer based off the actual square footage of their grass areas on their property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to meet in person and go over the goals and any questions or concerns that the customer may have. Our plans will be throughly discussed and explained with an emphasis on providing the customer with the results that we would want if the property was our own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff regularly attends trainings, conventions to be on the cutting edge of technology, equipment, and techniques that will provide our customers with the results.
