Introduction: I do not teach traditional martial arts. I use my prior training as a senior defensive tactics insructor to customize the student's training to fit the needs of his or her daily life. I currently hold a seventh degree rank under kickboxing champion, and owner/operator of Bonick's Body Guard services ;Joe Bonick . We are a private service. I will come to your home or place that you are comfortable with. All of my equipment is mobile. I enjoy teaching people real world self-defense and watching them grow in physical fitness, confidence and stronger mental health.
