I was excited to book my rental of the obstacle course back in May, for my June 25 event. I was glad to find a rental for such a great price, but I guess you get what you pay for!
I got a call on June 2 that the course I rented had been double booked and that I could choose something else or get a refund of my deposit. After settling for what was offered, I get an email on June 8 saying that my deposit would be refunded because they ran into another problem with my second selection. An email, not even a phone call! Thankfully I check my emails regularly! When I called to speak with someone, I asked to speak with the owner and was told that he was already aware of the situation. I asked that he still contact me, and I'm still waiting to hear from him. So now I'm 2 weeks from my event with no moonbounce😡😡😡
