FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based strictly off of time and material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When first working with a new customer i like to set up a date and time (free of charge) to come meet and go over any issues they are having or work they want done. We will go over the ins and outs of what is involved and cover any questions and concerns they may have. I will then let them know the next steps moving forward and set up a date as to when they want the work done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in business administration i earned in 2010. I graduated my electrical apprenticeship in May of 2018 and am a licensed journeyman electrician. During my 5 years in the field i have worked for two companies, which gave me a vast diversity in on the job experience and training. My First employer was primarily a residential focused company. My duties and responsibilities included: -Project supervisor and trainer -Staff evaluations -Basement, bath, and kitchen, and whole home renovations -Repair and service calls -Monitor and validate Maryland electric code compliance -Multi-faceted job coordination between industry partners After achieving my goals learning residential i felt it was time to expand my knowledge into the commercial areas which lead me to the company i currently work for. I have started my employment here working on a 44 story high rise in Baltimore, MD. currently my duties include: Medium and large-scale residential projects and deadlines, residential and commercial trade compliance, pre-inspection walk-throughs, staff integration and training. It is my hope, and the purpose of this account, to expand my network in the electrical field as well as other areas in order to reach further goals i have set for myself in expanding out onto my own.
