- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a telephone conversation in order to get the basic information. Then, if possible, we'll meet for a free initial evaluation. Some of the questions we'll go over are: How are you currently keeping your records? What are your bookkeeping goals? What is your timeline? Are you interested in converting to Xero or Quickbooks Online? How stable is your internet access? Do you need to be able to produce estimates and invoices? Payroll? Bill payment services? What is your monthly transaction volume?

I have a B.S. from the University of Minnesota, am a Certified Xero Advisor, Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor and a licensed insurance agent in the State of California.
