Introduction: Taylored Books offers custom bookkeeping solutions for your business. We can computerize your financial records and take them into the cloud using several software options, including QuickBooks, Xero and FreshBooks. We'll also set up your Xero or Gusto payroll services for you. I can also help with your clinic's medical billing issues. My rates are competitive and I use state-of-the art, cloud-based accounting software and provide excellent customer service. We can also help with business registration for business just starting out or just starting with payroll. We take pride in being knowledgeable, tactful and friendly. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a telephone conversation in order to get the basic information. Then, if possible, we'll meet for a free initial evaluation. Some of the questions we'll go over are: How are you currently keeping your records? What are your bookkeeping goals? What is your timeline? Are you interested in converting to Xero or Quickbooks Online? How stable is your internet access? Do you need to be able to produce estimates and invoices? Payroll? Bill payment services? What is your monthly transaction volume?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. from the University of Minnesota, am a Certified Xero Advisor, Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor and a licensed insurance agent in the State of California.
