Introduction: My service stands out because I love helping animals and being around them. I have a couple years experience sitting for animals in the past and I'm really looking forward to doing it again, animals are my passion! I pride myself on treating the animals I care for as my own, and treat them all as equals. I enjoy making pets comfortable and taking care of them. It's always nice to be greeted by a smiling face...even if it's a furry one. Doing walks, feeding pets and making sure they're happy brings me joy. I love the time I spend with them and look forward to it.

Sheila took care of my two dogs and two cats for a few days and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. She has a couple years experience animal sitting and it really shown. She had a great rapport with my animals right from the start. I was very pleased with Sheila and wouldn't hesitate to hire her again or recommend her to friends or family.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I normally charge $15 per hour, that includes travel time. I spend at least 30 minutes to an hour with the animals - walking them, feeding, playing. Walking/caring for the animals at least three times a day would be $45 per day. The price can be negotiable of course, I'm very flexible.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I knew of a few people in my hometown neighborhood that needed pet sitting/walking, so I offered my services and ended up being a great fit for me.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Not to just take the lowest offer you receive, I feel that some people will just be doing it for the money, but taking care of animals is more than just about getting paid in my opinion. I've had people take care of my animals in the past that I paid less than others were offering and wasn't happy with the service. I feel it's important for customers to really looking into potential professionals before deciding.
