Ikaika & his team came to look at a project I wanted done in my yard. I had an idea but didnt have everything pieced together. Ikaika was able to offer suggestions on which plants I should use, he asked me questions to get a better feel of what my vision exactly was. His quote was very reasonable compared to the other companies who came to look at my yard. I hired him right away and he started right away the project took 2 days, he did a few tree removals, installed grass and did a beautiful landscape design with a small rock pond! Just amazing!

My bathroom was pretty much caving in, it needed a lot of work fine from the flooring to the walls and me fixtures like a tub, sink etc. Ikaika and his team knocked out my project in just 3 days, he picked out a new tub and a sink, and even installed a vanity type mirror which I absolutely love! The tiles on the floor matched the color scheme of my tub and sink which was beautifully well thought out.

Ikaika was very polite and honest. I didn't feel like he was trying to rip me off, his quote was much more reasonable than the other companies who bid on the project. I was very satisfied with my yard, he redid the grass and planted a small plumeria tree for me. He also recommended a sprinkler sysytem...which was a great idea, it makes watering my yard that much easier.

I was looking to have a fence put up to separate part of my house that I was hoping to rent out. I was on a budget and had for other companies cine and look at the project. Ikaika offered the most affordable way which was a wooden fence. I felt he was very honest with me and wasn't trying to rip me off. He saved me a lot of money and in return I was able to use him for more of my home renovations. He's a hard working young man and did the fence all by himself and all in one day!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to work with my customers, I try and make sure my pricing is affordable yet competitive. Some of my prices are standard more so in general yard maintenance or on time over-hauls or clean ups.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction/first impression is very important. So typically I'll set up a meet and greet, answer all questions the customer might have. After the job is explained to me I will draw out a proposal with details of the project, time frame, and estimated pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A strong work ethic has always been Important to me, I will work hard and do my best in everything I do. I have worked various positions with different companies learning a wide range of skill sets, from landscaping, to roofing, carpentry, renovations and so much more.
