FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Judging by the square footage and amount of details per job i can build a quote for materials. then from there i will add on a quote for labor which will normally be the amount of the materials plus 20%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first thing would be to have a meet and greet. Where i can get a feel of the customers situation and and their expectations on flow of production and time frame. Next i would take my notes and begin to put together a thorough and well defined scope of work and quote to give to customer as little as one to two days after our meet and greet. When hired I would begin to to find out when would be the best time to get started and and allow them time to gather necessary materials to begin the job. During the job i will give customer daily updates and flow of production until the job is done.
