Yes, we use Xactimate pricing. This is the insurance industry standard pricing. It is updated and evaluated for accuracy and appropriateness every quarter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ask a lot of questions and get a solid idea of what they are looking for from the services we offer. After the full need is identified we can explain our services and how we can help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold six certifications for various types of cleaning, restoration, and mitigation.
