Introduction: We specialize in helping small business get the most out of their agreements. We review terms and conditions, RFPs, RFQs and RFIs and provide recommendations on all the aforementioned. My services include cost reduction, risk mitigation, contract policies and procedures, contract processes, U.S. government, domestic commercial and international; prepare contractual documentation (letters, MOAs, PIAs, MOUs, NDAs, etc.) and work with supporting functions to improve the likelihood of success. We enjoy leading our customers through the contract process.
