We hired Concrete Customs & Design, LLC to pour a decorative concrete slab for a hot tub we purchased. Our experience with Concrete Customs & Design, LLC was far from the expectation set forth by their signature mission “We do it right the first time, on time and with quality.”
To begin, the owner of Concrete Customs & Design LLC, Matt Harvey, made excuses as to why he was unable to get the work done in a timely manner on 6 different occasions. Understandably, there are unforeseen circumstances that may arise, but the endless reasoning as to why the work wasn’t being completed, was lack of professionalism and timely work.
When it came time to have our hot tub delivered and set up, we discovered that our cement slab was sloped and 3-5 inches out of level to the point where it would null and void our hot tub warranty and compromise the integrity of the hot tub.
Our hot tub has been sitting in our yard for over 3 weeks now, not being able to be used, because
Concrete Customs & Design, LLC, particularly Matt Harvey, have not done right on their word and made the concrete slab level.
Our contract with Concrete Customs & Design, LLC specifically stated that the work was being done for a hot tub; we have reached out to Mr. Harvey on multiple occasions, via phone, email, and text message. Again, he has begun with excuses as to why he can’t fix the problem.
Concrete Customs & Design, LLC obviously do not stand by their word when they say they will do quality work, on time, and right the first time. This is the perfect example of exact opposite of what they promise.
We purchased a hot tub to sit in and relax, but the experience with Concrete Customs & Design, LLC has caused nothing but frustrations, anxiety, and stress. There is definitely a lack in professionalism, quality, and doing the right thing when it comes to this company.
If you are looking for concrete work to be done I would highly recommend looking elsewhere and not even contacting Concrete Customs & Design, LLC, unless you’re willing to go through the pain and suffering of begging to have your work completed, and hoping it comes out correctly.
