FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing legal services is a very challenging thing. I don't want to overcharge my clients, but if I charge too little I have to take on a bunch of cases and can't give each case the attention it deserves. I do my best to make sure you get excellent service as well as a reasonable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically try to meet in person, or schedule a phone call (if an in person meeting is too challenging). I collect information about their case, work to get the necessary details, and then write up a proposal about how much the case will cost and what my client can expect. I do my best to make sure that we customize our service to make our client's lives better as we work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the military for a number of years, while that may not seem to relate... well government work is the same whether it is the Courts or the army. Once you know how to navigate the system, you have a much better idea of how to make things work FOR you rather than have things happen TO you.
