FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look at projects as to what needs to be done how long it will take me and costs of materials if included easy or hard depends on how much as well just trying to cover my expenses and make sure not to bid to high or low I try and stay in the mid range area. Time is the factor what's my time worth allowing for expenses such as fuel equipment and tools and don't forget insurance LLC!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want the homeowner to feel good about the quality and usually leads to a happy costumer who feels like they got what they paid for always! I would cut discounts for multiple jobs from same homeowner and building a business relationship with them! or size of the job matters also! IF it's something I love to do I would consider a discount as well!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had some time working in the commercial areas where you undergo testing and code's to meet certain projects and most of my training where I learned the most besides life things is I've worked with some of the best Trim Carpenters money can buy and always took advantage of learning different ways to do things while speeding yourself up end result is usually always the same just faster or easier to do but it's important to love what you do!!! it makes life a little bit better!
