- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices submitted are firm. We honor our promises and don't perform unprofessional acts of bait and switch. When we commit to our customers, we always move forward with the bid price. Additionally, discounts are generally aligned to multiple purchases e.g. Cover letter and Resume' or Resume' and Executive Biography. Additionally, there may be slight variances on a 1, 2, or three page Resume'. The final most pricing variable aligns to experience. For example Executive, Professional, and Entry Level resume's are all priced differently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a very streamlined process; quote, template completion, interview, and initiate resume' rewrite/write. After writing, we submit for review, provide an option of final discussion; then request that client signs off on documentation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ph.D ABD in Organizational Leadership, 20 years of leadership, interview, and operations experience, along with a certification for executive coaching from CEC.
