Someone attempted to break into our home. Grant and Best Security installed our alarm system the next day. The system does not require a phone line so it cannot be disabled from outside the home.

Best Security was all around a great experience from the first consultation with Grant to the install and training on how to use the system. I never felt pressured to purchase any of the upgrades which they have a lot, from basic systems to state of the art surveillance cameras. The system is easy to use for my whole family and includes an app on my phone to arm and disarm the system. I highly recommend Best Security to make you feel safer when home and away.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are approximately 30% less than the big national companies because we keep our overhead expenses low and we receive many referrals from our very happy customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet you at the home and help you decide on a plan for your protection. Second, we schedule an installation time. The average installation takes approximately 1 hour. We won't leave until you know how to use the app on your phone and your keypad on the wall. You are not charged until your system is working properly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 plus years of experience. Our customers rarely leave unless they move out of the area.
