FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a sliding scale because I customize the program according to your needs. I offer a few different tiers of pricing based on that. I usually get some info first to discover your goals, needs, preferences etc, in an info-gathering session on the phone and then we talk about the investment, that way you’re not paying for anything you don’t need. My Gone For Good weight loss program includes individual fat loss targets, exercise programming, one-on-one coaching & accountability calls, 24/7 messenger access, weekly check-ins, mindset work, lifestyle integration, and dozens of video trainings and resources. This ensures you have all the tools and support you need to be successful.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll send you information about my Gone For Good weight loss program and if you like what you see, we'll jump on the phone to get to know one another and ensure that we would work well as client & coach. When both parties agree to move forward, I send your coaching contract, invoice, and upon receipt, your welcome packet and login info for your private coaching portal where you'll access your intake questionnaire. Next is your kickoff call where we deep dive into your lifestyle and the behaviors and beliefs that have been keeping you stuck. Within 48 hours of that, I deliver your first phase of workouts and your nutrition targets.
