What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge 25$ an hour for client's within 30 miles. If you are not within 30 miles I add 10 cents per mile for drive time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to get to know the client's goals and work with them on not only what they want but also what they need.
