- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat $89.00/month management fee that will never change. We charge a one time leasing fee of 75% of the first months rent. We charge a lease renewal fee of $250.00. We NEVER charge initiation fees/set-up fees or marketing EVER!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We own and lease rental property ourselves so we know the challenges and rewards involved. Owning rental property, particularly for those who are accidental Landlords can be a daunting experience. We like to take the time to sit down and educate them on what they can expect during the rental process. We tell them that there very well be bumps in the road and that is expected. This takes some of the anxiety out of the process. Once potential clients have a clear understanding of what to expect during the process, the process itself is much smoother and seemless. It also promotes good will and trust among all involved parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We over 20 years in the commercial real estate industry (Class A enclosed regional shopping malls and mixed use venues encompassing retail/office/multi-family and office use) and have assumed leadership roles in the leasing, management, development and construction of millions of square feet of commercial usage with a combined aggregate value of over several billion dollars. We are also a licensed Realtors, licensed Professional Home Inspectors, licensed Professional Termite Inspectors and a licensed Registered Accessibility Specialist (ADA) Inspectors. We are also certified to inspect pools/spas, and certified Infrared Thermographers.
