Food was good. It was difficult to keep food from getting over cooked (Salmon) when no oven on sight. Presentation was very nice.

Chef Mark and his entire team were absolutely amazing at my wedding reception. They made a remarkable impression that will last a lifetime. I will most definitely book Chef Mark and his team for my future events. He stood out as being highly professional and his team delivered on the 5 star promise. He has great response time as he always responded to me in less than 24 hours on numerous occasions. Many times he responded within the hour! The value was great! That's always a lot of people's main concern. The MONEY! Well, from my personal experience, the food had nice flavor and I didn't feel like I had to break the bank to feed 150 people. I love those cheesesteak egg rolls! ❤ They handled my large party effortlessly. Everything ran smoothly. Something else that also stood out was the team went above and beyond. At one point in the evening I was headed to the bridal suite and none of my bridesmaids were anywhere to be found. One of Chef Mark's team members saw me struggling with my heavy dress and long veil. She immediately came to assist me and made sure that I made it to my suite okay without falling over or destroying my wedding ensemble. Once we arrived to the suite, she made sure I was comfortable and kept asking me if I needed anything else. I requested a glass of wine and she went upstairs, retrieved my glass of wine, and came back within a matter of minutes. Of course she didn't have to do any of that. Many people's outlook on life is that "it's not in my job description!". But I am so glad and thankful that she didnt have that mentality and she came to help me right away without any hesitation. Outstanding service!!! Thank you Chef Mark and Team! 😊😊😊

Chef Mark was able to take our short notice request and work within our budget to provide amazing food for our staff. He was considerate to what our needs were, and came up with a menu that was simply amazing. He came in and set up for us and we couldn’t have had it done any better.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Once I provide you with a final invoice it will never change. I will be sure to include any and all fees ( shopping, transportation, equipment, etc.) in final pricing.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once you decide on M.A. Prime as your vendor for your event, the process is simple and very easy. I would like to schedule a sit down to discuss menu and complete paperwork. 2 Weeks prior to the event I would like to schedule a tasting to solidify the menu and make any changes the client would like to make. On the day of service, just sit back relax and enjoy the 5 Star Experience. Pricing Break Down 25% Due at conclusion of initial meeting. (Non- Refundable/ covers tasting) 25% Due after tasting Remaining Balance due day of service. (Before service starts)
